Sebastian Spader is a black & white film photographer based in Los Angeles, the city he has always called home and the basis of much of his inspiration. To him, it is an irresistibly bizarre place and he has always found himself either crawling deep into its depths or escaping as far away from it as he can. In 2015 he published his first book, WONDERING, and a solo exhibition of that work was held at the MONKSPACE Gallery in Los Angeles during November of the same year. Sebastian also recently returned from Mongolia where he was shooting a project about the nomadic people who inhabit such rural and remote regions there.
